With the growth of the wine industry and new market demands we felt the need to expand our company, defining strategies based on improving our established products and developing new ones for an increasingly competitive market.

Thus, we decided to enhance Vinisol - Sociedade Vinícola do Ribatejo, a company established in 1981, and so created two new companies specialising in different areas of the wine industry: Caves d’Alagoa – Sociedade Industrial and Vinitrans – Sociedade de Transportes Internacionais.
