Vinification

Tannins complete, with total stalk, in stainless
steel vats for scheduled automatic
reassembly. Fermentation at a temperature of
80,6/82,4°F with the addition of selected yeasts.

Sensory Analisys

Intensite garnet red and very clean
appearance (bright).
Powerfully fruity aroma of red fruits (sour
cherry and blackberry).
Flavor equivalent to the good tannins aroma,
Great body and slight vanilla.
Alive and concentrated with a pleasant and
very persistent final. Should be served at a
temperature of 62,6/64,4ºF.
